Start/Finish times:  Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., & Sunday, 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.  Please check www.bootbarn.com for current hours.  Botanic Garden hours: Tue - Sat, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  State Capitol hours: Mon - Fri: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Starting point:  Wrangler Western Wear Store, 1518 Capitol Ave., Cheyenne, WY; AKA: Boot Barn
Directions:  From I-25, take exit 9 (Lincolnway) (which is 16th Street downtown).  Proceed east through 7 traffic lights; Wrangler will be on the right.  From I-80, take exit 362 (Central Ave) and turn north to Lincolnway (at bottom of viaduct).  Turn left to the red building on the corner of 16th Street and Capitol Ave.  Two hours of free parking on 15th Street & Pioneer.
Special Instructions: 
Event info:  The trail is rated 1A and is on city streets, no hills.  Highlights of the 11Km include:  historic railroad depot, Botanical Gardens, State office buildings complex, cemetery, city park, and downtown city streets.  The 6Km stays around the downtown area.  Trails are suitable for large wheeled jogging strollers.  Wheelchairs are not recommended.  Leashed pets are welcome.  Restrooms are available at the start/finish.
