Distance:  5 & 10 Kilometers (3.1 / 6.2 miles) Walk

YRE:  Daily, January 2 through December 31.  Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
Start/Finish times:  Closed Wednesdays, Mon-Tue and Thu-Sat: 10-7, Sun: 10-5.  Remote registration is also available at www.falconwanderers.org.  Check my.ava.org for current status.  Social distancing guidelines, wearing of facemasks, & limited store access are observed.
Starting point:  Criterium Bicycles, 6150 Corporate Dr.
Directions:  From I-25, take exit 148 (RockRimmon/Corporate/Nevada) and turn north on Corporate Dr.  Criterium Bicycles will be on your left and is the building with the bright blue roof.  Parking is limited in their lot, but additional parking is available on the street.
Special Instructions:  Due to construction upgrading the PP Greenway trail from I-25 north, past Criterium, to the Cottonwood Creek bridge, the route has now changed. Please note the new walk instructions in the walkbox.
Event info:  The trail is rated 2B and will go north along Monument Creek with views of Pikes Peak.  The route includes the new trail connection between the Pikes Peak Greenway trail and the New Santa Fe trail.  The walk route consists mostly of well-maintained gravel with some asphalt and includes a couple of small hills.  The trail is suitable for large wheeled jogging strollers.  Wheelchairs are not recommended.  All terrain hikers are recommended for footwear.  Leashed pets are welcome.  Restrooms are available at the start/finish.  Altitude:  6012 ft.  County:  El Paso.
